HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?
Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis please contact us to reserve a date. When a party date is confirmed, a non refundable deposit (price is determined by the party package) is necessary to secure your date. The balance will be due in cash the day of the party. You may pay online through Paypal, Money Order, Cash or Major Credit Card prior to the party. Please go to our Pricing/Reservation page here.
AT WHAT TIME CAN I HOLD A PARTY?
Party Start time ranges on Saturdays from 10am -7pm. and Sundays from 10 a.m.-7p.m.. Please inquire about weekday parties.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL THE PARTY?
In the event you have to cancel due to inclement weather (if the roads are closed or it is unsafe to hold the party) we will make arrangements to pick out a new date and time and the deposit will be put towards your new date. If you would like to cancel/change dates for any other reason the deposit is NOT refundable.
ARE BOYS WELCOME?
We welcome boys! We can even customize a party for boys!! They can be brave knights or princes at the royal princess celebrations.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUPPLY?
Magical Princess Moments requires a room with an outlet and enough space for all children to hold hands and make a circle. Full party packages require one large table for the craft (no chairs); one small table or for make up or face painting, and table & chairs or open floor for all the children to sit when doing a sit-down princess stories or sing alongs with a chair provided for the princess.
WHAT ARE THE AGES YOU ACCOMMODATE?
The best ages for most of our parities are for children ages 3-10.
WHAT SHOULD THE PARTY ATTENDEES WEAR?
Princess costumes can be worn by the party participants. Magical Princess Moments will crown the guest of honor with a tiara. If it is a tea party all participants will be crowned with a tiara if no birthday princess is involved. When kids are dressed in costumes it make the princess party more magical, however, this is not mandatory.
WHERE IS THE PARTY HELD?
We can come directly to you! You name the location and we show up ready to have magical moments!
PARKING:
We will need a spot in your driveway to have close access to the house. If it’s not at your home but in another location, please make sure there is a place close to the entrance for us to be able to load and unload.
CAN WE HAVE THE PARTY OUTSIDE?
Due to the nature of our entertainment we DO NOT hold outside events during the months of July and August. All other months we can do our entertainment outside if the weather is below 79 degrees and it’s on a clean area.
PARTIES IN RESTAURANTS:
The most important thing to take into account when doing a party at a restaurant is to make sure there’s enough space and a table that will allow for the princess to provide entertainment. The next most important thing is to have an outlet very near.
RAIN DATES:
We get booked solid sometimes months in advance therefore we do not have rain dates. If it rains or if it’s above 79 degrees you should have a alternative indoor space for the Magical Princess Moments entertainment.
CAN OTHER PARENTS STAY FOR THE PARTY?
This is a high-energy party with lots of fun activities. If there is ample room without interference we have no problem with an audience… it makes it all the more Magical.
SUPERVISION:
Magical Princess Moments is not a daycare service, nor is it our job to discipline your child. We are entertainers and are not responsible for unruly or uncooperative children. We kindly ask that you monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to participate. This will help us to provide the best magical experiences for you and your child.
WHAT TIME SHOULD THE PARTY GUESTS ARRIVE?
Please have them arrive on time. It is important that we begin on time so everyone can enjoy the fun. WE CANNOT go back on activities for late comers (example if we are done with face painting and are now in the middle of coronation we cannot stop in the middle of that activity to do face painting for a late comer).
LIABILITY:
Please be advised that Magical Princess Moments assumes no responsibility or liability to accidents or damages caused during your party to your guests or your property. The princess will work to ensure that your home and guests are treated with care; however, liability will lie strictly with the client.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS:
Magical Princess Moments is not responsible for allergic reactions.

HOW MUCH DO I TIP?
The gratuity is not included in the package price but greatly appreciated. We recommend a standard gratuity based on the total party amount of 15% to 20% at your discretion.
